Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of static stretching and dynamic stretching on preparation performance and jumping performance and muscle activity when vertical jumping was performed in the same jumping position after a change in resting time.

Method: VM, VL, GCM med., GCM lat., SM., TA muscle activity according to the vertical jump before stretching, jumping immediately after stretching, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, Respectively.

Result: According to the change of muscle activity in the static stretching, the average value was increased as a whole, but the average value was the highest in the average value measured before stretching and immediately after stretching. According to the change of muscle activity in dynamic stretching, the average value is increased as a whole, but the average value decreases immediately after stretching and then increases again(p>.05).

Conclusion: Through this study, muscle activity was increased through stretching as a whole, which resulted in improvement of exercise capacity. The increase in muscle activity was related to the time factor of stretching.
